Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
With proof of purchase or order confirmation
Because our product is a baby hygiene item, we cannot accept returns on opened or used packs of disposable changing pads unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened packs
Used changing pads
Items without original packaging
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Final sale or promotional items, if clearly marked as non-returnable

A short explanation of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery if it meets our return conditions.
